AS116 - Air Operated Double Sided Gun

• Lightweight air operated double sided gun for panel replacement
• Compact gun & small arms to reach tight areas
• Pneumatic single piston action gun, producing up to 264lbs. / 119dan tip / electrode force for normal steels.
• Electricity connects directly to arms and tips preventing any electricity passing through working parts of gun.
• Three Optional arms available are- 150mm / 6in Arm (AS166), 450mm U-Arm (AS190) & 700mm / 27in U-Arm (AS164)
  

900 SERIES - Air Operated Double Sided Gun

• Car manufacturers are using new steels i.e. Boron Ultra High Strength; these steels require higher electrode force. The Hirane 900 series gun can produce up to 730lb. / 330 Dan tip pressure with a 90psi air supply.
• Because of the direct piston action design the Hirane 900 series gun can maintain the high tip / electrode force on all arms up to 700mm / 28" arm.
• The gun is delivered with both Domed & Flat electrode profiles to produce factory type welds.
• Arms are available with insulated sleeving / coating to prevent shorting against vehicle body.
• By removing one pin, the airgun body arms can be changed in seconds without the use of any tools.
• Electrodes are automatically self-aligning.
• The gun is supplied standard with replaceable Capped Electrodes, cost effective and maintaince free way of maintaining electrodes in good condition.
• Options of arms available, Standard arm, 450mm U-Arm, 700mm U-arm & Wheel Arch Arm.
• One finger control by using the micro switch on cable, the electrode will close and after a time delay it will automatically start the weld cycle
• With use of the optional 900 series spring balancer the airgun fitted with 700mm / 28" arm, the gun still weighs less than 9lb.
