3 Cable system for single sided spot welders

Tests have shown when single spot welding with one electrode and one ground shoe, that you get current loss over the metal panel, and also a metal panel is a bad conductor of electricity. Hirane has developed a system which will give better results, by using two ground shoes and one electrode.

With this system you will get up tp 20% more current passing through the weld, resulting in stronger and larger welds.
